Cindy Stonum

Owner & Licensed Insurance Broker

Cindy is the founder of The Stonum Agency, Inc. and is a Certified Senior Advisor. Cindy is licensed in the state of Missouri and Kansas. She takes a special interest in all issues pertaining to Medicare. When Cindy isn’t at the office, you can find her enjoying the farm life with her cats, dogs, chickens and goats. She is a Master Gardener and enjoys growing her own crops and flowers. Her greatest joy are her four grandkids!

Amy Roup

Owner & Licensed Insurance Broker

Amy Stonum Roup was born and raised in Lee’s Summit, MO. She went to college at Northwest Missouri State University where she met her husband, Cory. After college, Amy earned her insurance license and began working in the senior insurance industry. In 2010, she joined the family agency. Outside of work she stays busy with their two daughters and a beagle named Mabel. Amy enjoys traveling, hiking and most of all being a sports mom!!

 

Shauna Stonum

Office Manager & Licensed Insurance Broker

Shauna joined The Stonum Agency, Inc. in 2015 working as the Office Manager. Since then, she became a licensed health and life insurance broker in Missouri & Kansas. She is dedicated to helping people with options for their health insurance needs as well as keeping the office organized and running efficiently. Shauna has two teenagers and two dogs, Johnny & June, that keep her busy and on her toes. Outside of the office you can find her with family and friends at the lake, enjoying the outdoors, or at the kids’ activities.

Michelle Vestle

Administrative Assistant

Michelle joined The Stonum Agency, Inc. in 2023 working as the Office Administrative Assistant. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia and UMKC where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She works alongside our team to support them in taking care of all our clients. Michelle has a daughter and two dogs, Zoey, and Macy, that keep her busy outside the office. When she is not at work she loves to cook, try out new restaurants, do yoga and spend time with her friends and family.
